Grace Outlet Seventh-day Adventist Church

Connecting the Disconnected

About Us

Grace Outlet began more than ten years ago when a group of people began meeting to pray and dream about what a church could look like if it focused on the most important things. They identified those things as worship, relationships and service. As they prayed together, the dream grew, a room was rented, people invited, and a church grew.

Each Saturday morning, Grace Outlet (GO) is filled with children, families, singles, and people of all ages who genuinely enjoy getting together to worship, grow friendships with each other and God, and serve the community around them. Visit on a Saturday morning and you'll find people gathered around hot beverages and yummy food catching up from the week. Visit the kids classroom and you'll hear singing, laughter, Bible stories, and experience some crazy activities and messy crafts. Join one of our adult classes and you'll find engaging discussion about relevant topics and the Bible and how it applies to our lives today. At worship, you'll participate in inspiring worship and hear dynamic Bible teaching. And once a month when it's Kids Jam, you'll discover that our platform is filled with kids leading out and even preaching!

But church doesn't just happen one morning a week. We get together throughout the week in Connection Groups, for social activities like Crafternoons and taking in a Reading Fightin' game. Grab one of our red GO t-shirts and join a team heading into Reading to serve those in need--whether taking lunches downtown, playing games at the Children's Home, visiting with residents of a local nursing facility, serving breakfast at the Opportunity House, or any number of things one of our members is involved in and invites people to join them in doing.

Grace Outlet is a group of believers learning to do life together, grow in their understanding of God, His love and His purpose for their individual lives, and serving Him by loving and caring for the community He's place them in.

Come and experience Jesus through worship, relationships and service! We'd love to get to know you!

About Seventh-day Adventists

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a mainstream Protestant church with approximately 19 million members worldwide, including more than one million members in North America. The Seventh-day Adventist Church seeks to enhance quality of life for people everywhere and to let people know that Jesus is coming again soon.

Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. When Jesus was crucified for the sins of the people of the world and arose from the dead on the third day, victory was won for everyone.

When He returned to heaven following the resurrection, Jesus left the Holy Spirit to serve as our Comforter and Counselor. He promised to return to earth a second time to complete His plan of salvation and take His people to heaven. Adventists are among the believers who look forward to that day.

Adventists believe that God is concerned with the quality of human life, and that everything—the way we live, eat, speak, think, treat each other, and care for the world around us—is part of His plan. Our families, our children, our jobs, our talents, our money, and our time are all important to Him.
